• Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange demos or consultations you request.
• To communicate with you about our services where you have expressed interest.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in a database hosted in the European Union (Supabase, EU region). Access is limited to StitchProof.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email najah@getstitchproof.com and we will respond promptly.

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics, they will be configured to respect visitor privacy, and this policy will be updated.
